Had my sink fixed a few months ago. facet leaking from the top. After paying over $900.00 and taking their facet so it is covered under a one year warranty. Called to get it checked and I may have to pay!! Really!! $900.00 later and I have to wait a week to get it checked and I may have to pay $$. No owner of manager to take my phone call or question as to why I would even have to pay. Update to follow after they come and check out my sink

I was contacted the same day I called and was able to have all of my concerns heard and met. I am completely satisfied. Great support from all member of Steve’s Plumbing. Office staff was patient, manager listened to my concerns, and technician Jaron completed the plumbing fixes quickly and it looks great. Ease of mind!!

I spent a lot of money on a faucet that came with a warranty. The faucet started leaking and I called Steve’s Plumbing to set up an appointment for them to come out and fix it. They told me that I may need to pay for the repairs. I was really upset about having to shell out money as it had only been a few months ago that the service was performed. They had me scheduled for an appointment a week from when I called. I asked (demanded) to speak to a supervisor, but it was more about having to pay to fix the faucet that came with a 1 year warranty. Not to mention that I paid a lot of money for the job to get done. Anyway they rescheduled my appointment for the same day. They changed out my faucet at no charge probably because it was under the warranty. Thank you to my services guy John who was quick and efficient. ***I know I was a rude customer but I really didn’t want to pay for repairs***

I had an install of a water heater 8 months ago, and now there is some kind of corrosion...and the office staff can only tell me they will send a technician out in 5 days, of which I will need to pay $30, because i dont have a warranty.....ugh I asked to speak to a manager and all they can say is they let one know I wanted to talk to them...this does not to me equate to "great customer service"...sorry! I will update when I know more!

The best plumbing experience I ever had. My technician was a master plumber knew that the area I lived in was grandfathered for the enclosure of the water tank he installed. He was on time very professional did awesome job cleaned up after himself I will definitely be using Steve's plumbing again.
